New MLS books would come out every two weeks. Properties were separated by area, then by price. You would look through the pages and that is how it was done. As a consumer you had to go to a Real Estate Office and sit with an agent who would then guide you through the books. Of course times have changed somewhat.

Now the problem is too much information. Sites Like Yahoo, Trulia, AOL, Realtor.com. They are the big national players and some of them have millions of listings. What if you just want to find a home in a specific area, for instance Cottonwood Heights?
