Living In Cottonwood Heights

On the way to the rec center for the grand opening of the new ice rink, we stopped at the field just south of Butler elementary school. There were a group of folks from the Salt Lake Astronomical Society. They had some pretty large telescopes lined up.

We got to see the moon in great detail, Jupiter had four moons visible. You can visit The Salt Lake Astronomical Society, there are some really cool pictures and they have a calendar of events.

This is such an awesome place to live.
