Cottonwood Heights Gets an Explanation on the Credit Crisis

by Rob Aubrey on October 7, 2008

If you would like an indepth discussion on the credit crisis here is a good one.

Gary Keller is the founder and owner of Keller Williams Realty.

Home prices have corrected and fallen back into alignment with historic trends. The inventory of homes for sale is finally shrinking from the June 2008 peak. And, based on year-over-year comparisons, housing affordability is now higher than it’s been for the past five years. It’s true – the market is correcting!

Last week, I sat down with some of the best and brightest people in our company and our industry to brainstorm about the market, the impact the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act could have on our industry and more.

I want to invite you into that conversation now…
It is an hour long but good.
