Utah’s Home Run Grant Program is Coming Back
I have it on a very good source that Governor Gary Herbert has earmarked $8,000,000 to fund 2,000 $4,000 Home Run Grants. It will be managed through Utah Housing. This along with positive signs in the stock market and some profit taking should lower interest rates.
So the rush to get the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer tax Credit, the Home Run Grant and low interest rates should carry the Salt Lake Real Estate through the third quarter and parts of the fourth.
